Making Bread

At the end of our 2 hour workshop we had more bread than we could have possibly imagined....

Last Wednesday the lovely Saba and Shamsi spent a session making bread with the group. Saba uses bread making as a theraputic tool and runs sessions at Freedom from Torture (previously MF). We had a lovely session and make some pretty fantastic bread...have a look at our photos....it's a messy business making bread - but lots of fun!
